Any Card At Any Number is a modern classic of card magic. The conditions of impossibility and clarity of effect which characterise it make for an exceptionally strong piece of magic.

For me, these conditions have always had to include that the deck be shuffled by participants throughout the effect, and that everything is as hands-off as possible.
