Description

Line is a novel visual effect created by Singaporean magician Chiam Yu Sheng.

In this effect, the spectator selects a card and signs it. The magician then drops the card in the pile. The magician picks up another card and draws a line on the back of the card with a marker. With a flick of the wrist, the line immediately disappears. Closer to home, the magician unfolds the pile to reveal the card signed by the spectator, and the line now appears on the back of the card!

Lines can also produce other effects, such as turning curves into straight lines. The magician draws a curve on the back of the card, and with a flick of the wrist, the curve becomes a straight line. The straight line can revert back to a curve if desired.
