What Are "Liminal Tools"?
The word "liminal" comes from the Latin word “limen,” which means "threshold", and refers to spaces that are transitions between where you've been and where you're going physically, emotionally, or metaphorically. If you've been doing this for more than a year or two, you most likely already know the basic handling of the Hoy Book Test. Critics have pointed out that the revelation of a forced word or phrase is not exactly a profound demonstration of psychic abilities, and they may have a valid point. It's important to note that for each of the four sections of this 101-page e-book, Romanos has included extensive scripting inspired by his own presentations. Naturally, you're not going to memorize word-for-word what he says when he presents these set pieces, but the scripts he provides will undoubtedly be helpful as seeds for your own presentations.

While this publication easily stands next to the other books and systems Romanos has created, it also contains some of the most practical material for both beginners and experienced professionals I've read in awhile. It is difficult to overstate how much powerful potential lies within these pages.

You can use the presentations and concepts included in this book as part of your stage or close-up performances, or as casual impromptu presentations that will have a profound impact on your audiences. And, for the record, Romanos makes no claims to having paranormal powers, and you won't have to, either, for these presentations to have all of the impact and mystery that is usually associated with psychic entertainment.

I'm reminded of a very successful mentalist who declared that they had created a lucrative career out of just two simple tools -- a nail writer and a blindfold. In a similar fashion, the tools Romanos shares in this book could easily form the basis for your own rewarding practice.
