Two routines direct from TC's show, featuring The Hundred Dollar Bill Switch. Please note that the actual mechanics of a bill switch with a thumb tip is not explained in the ebook. TC assumes you are familiar with the move. He also lists several sources where to learn it from in case you don't know it. The second routine needs a Norm Nielsen Ketchup bottle. If you don't have that item you will need to get one to perform this routine.
