You display the cards to show they are in a random order, then you deal the cards FACE DOWN into numerous different piles in what can only be described as a haphazard manner. You gather up the cards and proceed to continue dealing the cards here, there, and everywhere. It would appear to your audience that the cards are getting more and MORE mixed. HOWEVER, when you spread the cards at the end, they see you have actually dealt them into numeric and suit order.
