Talk turns to tabletop gaming and the performer produces three boards from a game. The goal of the game is to find the murderer, weapon and correct crime scene. Each participant on stage is to play a different role, one a Crime Scene Investigator, one a Forensic Investigator and one an Interrogator, looking for their own clues.

Following their specific roles and the rules of the game, each participant makes their own choices and settles on their final verdict for what the murder weapon, crime scene room and prime suspect are.

When the prediction envelope is opened, it appears that these investigators were absolutely correct.

Just as the applause dies down, that's when the real kicker comes into play with a surprise final reveal!

While this is presented as a stage routine, it could easily be done in a parlour setting and with friends and family. The method is so hands-off that it allows the performer a great amount of freedom to interact with audience and generate moments of levity.
