Mike Bornstein was a very successful professional stage magician who performed under the name “Kolma” and created many close-up tricks. He was best known for the many routines he created with paper money. This is a digital (pdf) copy of his first set of lecture notes and contains many of his best and early routines with cards and bills. 

The booklet includes the original description of his most ripped off trick, “The Floating Dollar Bill,” and many of the items that were later released as stand-alone tricks.
