In this rare booklet published in the early 1960s, Gerard Bruning offers some of the best magic from Holland. 13 items for the club or close-up worker, which in the main require no elaborate equipment and in most cases can be readily obtained or made-up. Truly outstanding is Bruno's Vanishing Ring, which incidentally becomes part of other effects in the book. Fairly slide a borrowed ring onto a length of ribbon, insert into an ungimmicked ring box, wrap ribbon around box and hand to spectator. Ring is gone, just as simply and as cleanly that! Plus, it works with any type of ring you might borrow - small, large, plain, fancy. Needless to say, this item alone is worth many, many times the modest price of this booklet to any performer.
