A card is randomly created using a shuffled deck of playing cards. It is revealed at the end that the magician has successfully predicted the random card ahead of time in a different deck that has been in full view the entire time. And for the kicker ending, it is shown to the spectator that the rest of the prediction deck is completely blank.
