Diverter lets you apparently predict details about who will answer the phone when dialling a random number.
Some effects possible with Diverter:
Give someone your phone and let them dial any number they choose. You then look at the number and say "the person who will answer the phone is in her 50s, owns two cats, and is American." They call the number, and your prediction was correct.
Imagine you have two friends called Stephen and Iain who have never met before. You claim that Stephen will be able to guess Iain's number simply by looking at him. You give Stephen your phone, he looks at Iain, makes up a phone number and dials it. Miraculously, Iain's phone rings!
