19 Down is an impressive card trick that creates the illusion of mastery over a deck of cards. It begins with a subtle setup, using a pencil dot or crimp on the top card and placing 17 cards above it. A spectator selects a card, which is then controlled to the top while maintaining the 17-card buffer. The deck is seemingly shuffled and cut, but the order remains intact. The spectator is asked to say "stop" during these shuffles, and you then reveal their card is exactly 19 cards down from the top.
